Jenny England

Jenny was outstanding in all aspects of the process. She is experienced and well-educated in the selling process. She guided us through every step and was very easy to deal with during the sale. She truly cared about our needs and made it happen. She made us feel like we had been friends for years and made everything flow smoothly through the sale of our home. We will highly recommend her to anyone we know who wants to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Jenny!

I was treated with respect and kindness I never expected. As a widow and a woman not well-versed in the process of selling a home, I needed a particular type of agent who would be patient with me. My funds to fix up my house were limited. She respected my budget and my physical limitations. She has become a friend. I highly recommend her. She did many things on her own to keep my property clean for showings throughout the process. I will always be grateful for her help. We went through an MLS shutdown, rising interest rates, several pending offers that fell through, and some challenging prospective buyers. She did it all with grace and dignity and n...

I have had the pleasure of working with Jenny on several real estate processes and, without reservation say that she is an excellent realtor. She has also represented my son in the sale of his house, which sold in two days; she has always informed every step along the way and has a positive attitude no matter how busy she is. I highly recommend her!

Jenny was an extremely good agent for the sale of my house. I know little or nothing about the real estate market in Cincinnati and very little about selling homes. She guided me through all the steps with great efficiency and responsiveness. She gave great advice about how to prepare the house for sale, what price to ask, how to negotiate, etc. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

Jenny was amazing to work with. She was very informative. With all of our wants in a house, she listened and went above and beyond. Jenny has bought and sold two of our houses, and she has been amazing during both experiences. I highly recommend Jenny.

Jenny went way out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She sent me at least 20 listings, and I found one that had everything I was looking for when I messaged her back to let her know which one I liked. She said she had a feeling that would be the one I picked. She guided me through every step, as this is my first home. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. I strongly recommend her. Thanks again. Jenny.

Jenny is a go-getter and total Pro! Continually on top of every situation with strategy, advice, paperwork, and communication. Jenny should be running Coldwell in the next five years. Highly recommend.

Jenny England was absolutely amazing to work with. She is so helpful, hardworking, respectful, and friendly. Through the entire process of selling our old house and buying a new one, she always made sure everything was correct and our expectations were met. She was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how stupid the questions were. We are so grateful for her. It was a bittersweet moment on closing day, just for the fact that we would not be working with her anymore. We would absolutely recommend her to everyone we come in contact with who is planning on selling or buying.

Jenny England is a true professional. She was wonderful to work with and is a warm, kind, caring person. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable and was on point from beginning to end. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking, and we can't thank her enough for all that she has done for us!

Jenny was thorough and professional throughout our home search. She always had our best interests in mind. As "out-of-towners," her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. We will definitely be recommending Jenny in the future.
